These terms apply to online sales of physical paintings offered on this site to consumers.

Each artwork page states title, artist, year or period, technique, support, dimensions, condition, signature, original/unique status, framing, stretcher mounting, certificate, and shipping format.

Prices are shown in euros. TVA non applicable - article 293 B du CGI. Delivery costs are shown before payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The site does not store full card numbers.

The customer reviews artwork, price, delivery, and information before payment. The order is sent to Stripe only after explicit acceptance of the terms.

This artwork ships rolled, protected, and placed in a cylindrical tube.

We ship to European countries. Destinations and timing are confirmed according to the delivery address. Preparation: 3 à 7 jours ouvrés. Estimated delivery: délai variable selon la destination.

Risk transfers according to applicable consumer law. If the parcel is damaged, keep the tube and packaging, photograph the tube, label, packaging, and artwork, then contact support with the order number.

For standard artworks already listed online, consumers have 14 days from receipt to exercise withdrawal rights.

Commissioned or personalized artworks may be excluded only when legally valid and after explicit pre-payment information and acknowledgement.

Legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects apply under mandatory French law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

The sale covers only the physical object. It does not transfer copyright or any reproduction, representation, adaptation, distribution, printing, commercial, advertising, digital, NFT, or merchandising rights unless a separate written agreement is signed with the artist or rights holder.

After first making a written request through the Contact page, the consumer may contact the designated consumer mediator free of charge.

These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in the customer’s country of residence.
