Right of withdrawal

For standard artworks already listed online, consumers have 14 days from receipt to exercise withdrawal rights.

You can submit a withdrawal request without a customer account. An acknowledgement is prepared with the request date and time.

Support provides the return address and packaging instructions after receiving the request. Refund is issued through the original payment method where possible, within legal timeframes.

I notify withdrawal from the contract for the listed artwork. Ordered on, received on, order number, artwork title, name, address, email, date, signature only for paper notices.
